The following video highlights just one way we can assist you as a client.
In addition to this we can help with Money, Benefits, Housing and Employment problems, and deal with queries regarding consumer or tax issues.
We can assist on legal matters and answer questions about immigration, and can help with family and personal matters.
Advice is available in a number of ways:
- From an Adviser by an arranged interview by telephone
- From an Adviser by an arranged interview in the Bureau
- From ”Adviceguide” the Citizens Advice information website
Before we can give advice from an Adviser we will need some details of the issue you wish to discuss and some information about yourself.
We collect information regarding the issue the first time you contact us at a “gateway” first contact interview. This may be in person at the Bureau, or by telephone.
At the interview we will propose the best method of delivering the advice you need.
All of our Adviser interviews are by appointment following a “gateway” first contact interview with one of our staff.
Every new issue you contact us with will need a new “gateway” contact interview.
When you come to meet with an Adviser please bring with you all the documentation and details you have regarding the issue, to allow us to give you all the relevant information.
